I have read your comments re abandoned car. We can not take responsibility for a car that is parked on your driveway. I have spoken to the council and had a full apology from them as some of the information given out is not correct. You can just see us organising to have a car towed away from a private driveway with no proof of ownership and then somebody wants their car back. we always try and resolve problems but an abandoned car is always very tricky. ...

I found Lewis Wadsworth's fees for managing lets to be good. Also,their new 'flat fee' for selling property for existing landlords is comparable to the online agents with the advantage of there being a local office / contacts.

Been in the property now for 3 weeks. For the first 2 weeks I had no heating. Now I have heating as long as I don't want it on overnight. Had to ask for an inventory. When it arrived it was dated 28.06.2008. Nothing wrong with that you might think. Except that I moved in on 01.09.2009. The inventory did not reflect the condition of the property whatsoever.
