Having read the review by f***lewiswadsworth I not only find this review highly offensive ( for a start who would even use such a title ) to be totally the contrary as anybody who has rented threw an agency will know that on moving in any property on general would be totally clean as you are given as inventory as to the current standard of any property and signing to accept the tendency! I used Lewis Wadsworth's services (if you can even call them that) for a year. It was cheap but what else would I expect for the horrible flat I stayed in, the property was old and run down and needed some serious work. Only took it because of the price, then immediately regretted it.

The above is simply untrue. You moved in in 2015. and you have just moved out. If the property was so appaliing why did you stay. Our service is excellent and what a surprise you are now grumbling as you left the property in a disgusting state. Fridge freezer food left in, oven filthy all the kitchen cupboards were filthy, personal items left in the bathroom. The property was extremely clean when you and your freind moved in. They are terrible I have had no heating for 1 year and they never rushed to do it, they don't care and have no respect for the tenants. Have sent multiple letters stating the problems and they denied them all the worst employee us the owner he is very aggressive and threatening towards me and my partner when we have a problem I would stay away from this estate agents...

Been better at their job and not leave tenants without hot water or heating and say they could use a kettle

Very bad. Expensive rent and expensive application fees. I E-Mail them about things that need fixing and they don\'t even bother to get back to me half the time. Sometimes I might E-Mail and I get a reply 2-3 weeks later, funny though they are able to take your money very quickly. I wouldn\'t rate this Estate Agent very good at all. Not very happy with this estate agent for a number of reasons: They advertised my property with off-street parking, which I found out is not included. When I rang up to question this they denied it was ever advertised with parking, but later re-listed it in exactly the same way. I have asked for a key for an external door three times but to no avail, after I got locked out one night. Quick to process my application but then failed to respond to SIX attempts to establish if property has a phone-point (either by e-mail or phone). Also promised THREE times to send copy of tenancy agreement for me to inspect before moving in but a MONTH later I'm still waiting. When asked to speak to manager about issue then told "I said I'd send it to you NOT I have sent it to you". No wonder estate agents are regarded about as higly as MPs...

Been in the property now for 3 weeks. For the first 2 weeks I had no heating. Now I have heating as long as I don't want it on overnight. Had to ask for an inventory. When it arrived it was dated 28.06.2008. Nothing wrong with that you might think. Except that I moved in on 01.09.2009. The inventory did not reflect the condition of the property whatsoever. good to start with, but a few years in seem to fudge your account, by adding money to it which you do not owe, and then clain no responsibilty to their mistakes, be careful, things like this make it hard for you to get another property as your account will show in arrears....
