This is one of the most deceitful operations I have ever come across. As they singularly failed to provide evidence that my deposit was indeed covered by one of the 3 mandatory government protection schemes it is also potentially an illegal operation. No-one has a name ...

I've been trying to get hold of someone from TLS for over a week by phone and email. One of their tenants has destroyed a part of my property, is selling drugs from their flat, is subletting and has a pile of rubbish in their garden that has attracted rats. No response to emails and no answer!! ...
