I don't think a company could provide a worse service than these muppets. Money snatching, blackmailing, unprofessional, greedy and down right stupid management teams have resulted in this shambles of an organisation. What a shame....

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have done their job. They could gave carried out regular inspections and provided quality repairs. They could have responded to my complaints.
