Letmart took payments for referencing, didn't do the reference and refused to give back money. Absolutely appalling service. Was totally ripped off and customer service was very poor. No customer skills at all, beware of this company!...

Comment on agent fees
This company took my money and did not deliver the service i payed for, at all. Then refused to give me back a penny of my money. Absolute con.
