We are an independent estate agency with vast collective experience in all aspects of the property industry. After starting out as landlords in 1996, our two directors experienced varying levels of agents’ service over the next decade or so. They then decided to launch their own agency; based on values they offer
and expect, but had seldom received – knowledge, transparency and an ethical and client-focused approach to sales and lettings.
To provide our clients with extra assurance, we are answerable to all the following bodies, governing residential estate agency: The Property Ombudsman Service, UKALA (United Kingdom Association of Letting Agents), NLA (National Landlords Association) and CMP (Client Money Protection Service).
