Install a security camera in the flat as they may enter without consent.

Entering your tenant's flat without consent or warning is not OK! Lets Direct needs to be reminded that as an agency, they must give the tenant 48 hours notice before entering their property. And in no circumstance are they supposed to take any of their tenants' ...
