Dear Nicole and James, I am very disappointed to see that you have spent the bank holiday weekend leaving negative and false testimonials all over the internet about our business. Firstly, Nicole, you agreed to offer the landlord £450 in total deposit deductions "without dispute". However, now it appears that you are unhappy with your decision.
