AVOID !!! otherwise it will be impossible to end with the ''service'' (if you can call it so) this agency provides. Never had a worst experience with any other agencies even tho I have dealt with other agencies who are unprofessional and ignorant, LET IT took it to another level....

The agency is very responsive and very easy to communicate with, which is very refreshing - they will reply to e-mails often on the same day and will take the time to explain and answer any concerns/questions. The same is true for repairs; with the exception of emergency repairs - we waited overnight for someone to even answer a call for a plumbing emergency(!). Unfortunately this comes at a cost - this is an extremely expensive agency to rent with, including all the fees and charges set out i...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Extremely expensive. Charges for credit checks, final inspection, minimum cleaning fees upon moving out. Repairs ridiculously expensive as well. These are all in the contract - MAKE SURE YOU READ THE CONTRACT to understand the fees you are going to be charged.

Hi there, Thank you for leaving a review, and for the positive comments about your good experience of our communication. However, I feel it is only right that I respond accordingly and address a couple of inaccuracies. Firstly, without leaving your details as to which property you rented or your name, it is hard to know any background to this issues you mention, nor verify those claims. Also, we feel a fairer approach would be to contact us first and allow us an opportunity to address any conc....

Avoid this company at all costs. Been a tenant for 3 years and have finally got the chance to move out. House is in a disgusting state and let it nor the landlords care. We waited 15 months just to get a smoke alarm mains fitted which is in breach f the Housing Scotland act 2006, and then waited a further 3 months for a second one to be fitted as you must have one on each floor. We have had mice in the property 3 times coming through the (condemned) fireplace which they won't sort. The kitchen i...

I have recently became a tenant of a property through let it Glasgow and the service so far has been unacceptable. The condition of the property on the move in date was not up to the standard expected. Despite being told the a professional cleaner had been out to to property prior to moving in, over all the flat was dirty and there was urine in the en suite bathroom. The inventory provided did not even closely match the condition of the property with furniture been used deliberately to cover...

Well where to start. At the viewing the agent will tell you anything. Told us that parking was availed through a permit (lies), that flat is deep cleaned and carpets cleaned after every tenant moves out (lies). Then they will tell you move in date is x, but days before phone and say oh need to change it to y as carpets either need deep clean or replaced and last tennants never handed keys back etc. Many things missed on inspection/inventory and when reported nothing done about majority...

Dear Coach24, I am sorry that your experience with us has not been as it should be. When you move into a property with our company you are given all the procedures you need to follow if repairs etc are not being done. You are given the details of The Housing Repair Panel to who you can report repairs being carried out, you are also given a complaints procedure which is to complain to myself the Regional Manager, none of these you seemed to have followed. Therefore we cannot resolve issues ....

DISGUSTING!please do not use this company,I have been a tenant for over 2 years and am very unhappy °Å¸ËœÂ°,I have been waiting 7 months now for a very serious repair,I have a half inch gap round my living room window in a top floor flat, letting in wind & rain even after covering with towels & tape.I can't count how many times I've phoned & emailed to be told very rudely 'we have passed on to the owner & that is it'even though the landlord has a legal obligation to keep th...

The staff is absolutely the most arrogant I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Extremely rude. Not willing to carry out necessary repairs. Not willing to talk about issues with their property. Landlords watch out!!! They said they'd carry out regular inspections. Well, they never did in my flat. It's no bother to me but I stayed home all day just to provide access and they never turned up. When I wanted to speak to them in person, I came into their office, said hello an the clerk shushed m...

I have used Let-It for several years now and have become increasingly disgusted by their service. At first they seemed to genuinely care about you as a landlord. This is no longer the case for me. I am constanly having to complain about their service yet it gets no better. I am in the process of taking my properties back from them. To date I have they have put drug addicts in my properties, allowed them to be sub-let, carried out one inspection in the summer, where they found a flat that ha...

After emailing with no reply and phoning twice we were invited to a group viewing of a house and on arrival were told that first person back to their office would get the property which meant that no-one looked round the property and instead all jumped into their cars so if there were any faults there wasn't time to see them without a thorough look around. There were mothers with prams and small children who didn't have cars and didn't live near to the property which meant they had an unfair dis...

Unfortunately usually only negative comments are left on websites like these - never the countless accounts of positive experiences of our landlords and tenants. As a privately owned ARLA regulated agent, our reputation is important to us and we pay close attention to detail and being fair. Block viewings are the norm in the property industry, both in sales and letting. This will drive interest in the property, and making a rule that the first person back to the office with the deposit we feel i....

The agents don't get repairs done when you complain, if they do get done it is by a half drunk guy who is dropping his tools all over the place. They turn up and let themselves in whenever they want, without informing you. When you move in the place will probably be dirty, which of course you will clean, then you move out and they nit pick every detail on the inventory and withhold your deposit to pay for 'cleaning'. What a joke, beware....
