unfortunately I have no knowledge of this client, no compliant has been raised with the estate agency ombudsman. The sad thing is anyone can write what they wish on this site which is fine if the facts are true. If this client would like to take this complaint further then please either put a complaint in writing to our office or contact the estate agency ombudsman. ...

If this has upset you in any way I would have hoped that you would have contacted me as the sale has still not exchanged contracts. The comments in this are incorrect, the deposit was held with the Deposit Protection Company, at the end of any tenancy if the landlord is unhappy with the way the tenant has left the property they will ask for monies to be withheld. The process is both landlord and tenant put forward their evidence and the Deposit protection service will make the final outcome of monies retained or released this is out the hands of all parties. ...
