This managing agent took it upon themselves. To tell the contractor i'd asked for a quote not to speak to me. But rather only deal with them directly!! Presumably so they could add money on and kai Bosh my getting a cheaper quote than there Pally contractors who they make money off!! ? ... Read Full Review

26 Sept 2024End of tenancy costs are charged directly from the contractor and only charged if a property is not left in-line with the tenancy agreement, inventory and DPS...
