I rented my apartment using Latitude and found their service excellent , they were very helpful and found me 2 very nice tenants .
I would recommend them and I'll be using them again in the future .

Whilst we appreciate feedback whether positive or negative, we are surprised that you consider Latitude to have taken 'risks' with your property. We found you an excellent tenant with outstanding references and a well above average income. We did take meter readings (I took them myself with the tenant present as the tenant could not access the cupboard). We also undertook to notify the utilities companies at your request using Utilitell, a widely used utilities transfer company. Whilst there may ...
