Appalling service. Was initially informed that there would be a £250 holding deposit to take a rental property off the market, only to be told the very next day that it would be £500. Absolutely terrible!!! I regret and curse the day I got a contract with them! They are absolutely uncaring, don't answer their phone, don't answer e-mails! They left me without hot water and heating on DURING THE SUMMER! I complained so many times, everything in this flat seems to be broken and they didn't fix it as promised prior to my move-in date! Absolutely unhelpful rude staff. They never answer on emails, phone calls. Never call back. They promise to finish a contract but in my case they try to finish it 2 months simple rent contract. After one month they send me a standart contract and absolutely ignored my points. Never reccomend this agency. And I've never had such a bad service in real estate agency....

They have to change all staff or teach them how to work.

Brought a property with this office and it was just horrific. I was gazumped, treated poorly, miscommunicated I\'m now complaining over what felt like a fraudulent activity. Even when I finally completed after being forced to go to sealed final bids twice, I then found the old owners still inhabitating my new house and they refused to do anything and would not give me the keys to my own property! We had terrible time going through letting process from which we finally pulled out. At first negotiator was pleasant and very helpful, once we agreed things started to fall apart. Having had problems with the progress of the sale of my property I contacted Chris Salt the Branch Manager of Langford Russell in Bromley. He promised to resolve these issues I had with my buyers solicitor and broker. True to his word he managed to push these in Individuals into taking the action required and exchange has now taken place. Chris kept me up to date on a daily basis and without his hard work and determination I would still be waiting for thge sale to go through....

We rented from Langford Russell in Bromley and had a bad experience. We looked around a property that was being advertised on the landlord's behalf but managed by him. We were told the house had use of an electricity supply to the shed. We wanted to use it to store a freezer and tumble dryer as the kitchen was too small for these items. Avoid at all costs. Langford Russel are the most expensive, least helpful bunch of con artists I have ever had this misfortune of doing business with. I have never dealt with an agency that has such an over-inflated opinion of itself!! Staff were abrupt and never returned my calls. My first viewing was arranged through them and they didn't even come along just sent me round to the people that live there to show me round, secong viewing they were 20 mins late and didn't even appologise, just made a brash comment about me getting there sooner than they thought I would. They never respond to your emails or phone calls. They visited our flat to do an 'evaluation' and forgot to lock the door properly when they left! They continually fob you off stating that it's problems with their contractors. They always say that they will ring you back, but that normally takes a few days.
