Viewing arranged for 6.30 pm which was then changed at v short notice to 4.00 pm. Agent was late arriving but as wasn't sure if agent had already entered property, knocked on door. What agent could do to change your mind?
Turned up on time. Ensured that the viewing times were adhered to. Ensured that we could access the property to view it. Showed more enthusiasm for the property. Been aware of the fact that a security deposit had already been paid and accepted before we got a chance to step over the threshold. Kept us informed. Replied to a bid by email without having to be prompted.
