Absolutely awful experience in 2018 under the leadership of Paul. We have had issues in the past which we were too lenient with negotiating goodwill rate amendments rather than walking away These ranged from missing rent to one tenant being illegally moved into my property with no signed tenancy agreement and no references sent to me.
