Pleasant staff. However unfortunately their reputation was tarnished by one member who thankfully has left since. Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Useless staff who fob you off saying it`s someone elses fault. Credit check that they did was wrong, that passed my flat mate at the time, even though he had a CCJ and on a Part time salary to move into a £900 per month property. There was an ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
