Dear Jay, I have just come across this review and would like to apologize for how you feel your service was during you time you rented through Kings Accommodation. The fee of £360 is inclusive of VAT, this fees is not just for "moving in" the fees is for referencing included credit checks, contracts and the inventory at the start of the tenancy. some agents charge separately for each stage and eventually this adds up to a similar total. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been on time and had less attitude. She didn't really know what she was talking about and sounded like she was making it up. More training would resolve this.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent should not lie! customer is king so service them instead of saying your time is precious. Follow a anger managrment cozrse as it is clear matylda has problems dealing with customers.

We had similar experience with property we rent in february. They are liars and dont understand how they have licence to practice. We paid a 300 pounds fee! For a service that deserved we are compensated. ...

Complaints Procedure

Kings Accommodation Customer Complaints Procedure

At Kings Accommodation the service we offer to you is important to us. If you feel that you have a complaint about Kings Accommodation the following procedure is in place to help you resolve it.

Stage 1

Please write to the Manager:
By email: [email protected] or post: Kings Accommodation Unit 2, 6-12 Tulse Hill, SW2 2TP London stating the reasons for your complaint. You will receive an acknowledgement within ten working days of receipt of getting in touch with us and a full response to your complaint within 14 working days from acknowledgment date.

If the nature of your complaint is such that we need further time to consider it we will contact you and let you know the reason for the delay.

Stage 2

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint at Stage 1 you can refer the matter to Kings Accommodation Director; Matylda Nowak who will review your complaint and the response sent at Stage 1.
Complain of second stage must be send in writing by:

Post to: Kings Accommodation Unit 2, 6-12 Tulse Hill, SW2 2TP

You should outline the reasons you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint by Kings Accommodation. You will receive a response within the same timescales as outlined in Stage 1 above.

This complaint will also be acknowledged within fourteen working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken.

A formal written outcome of this investigation will be sent to you within 21 working days.

Following the director’s investigation, a written statement expressing Kings Accommodations' final view will be sent to you. This will include any offer made. This letter will confirm that you are entitled if dissatisfied to refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman (www.tpos.co.uk)within six months for a review.
