If we are marketing a property and a buyer tries to reduce the amount they are paying for the property on the day of exchange, we will do all we can to act in our clients interest. In this instance we had a back up buyer to whom we sold the property for a higher amount. When you tried to gazump the new buyer our clients understandably did not want to deal with you. What agent could do to change your mind?
The marketing and process up to acceptance of offer was good, although I have concerns about the level of prospective purchaser vetting that was undertaken. Fees were expensive in relation to the service received, particularly when compared with the fee that the solicitor receives for undertaking the conveyancing. Fortunately I was able to rely on my solicitor for support. If I had known how much legwork I would need to do myself post offer, I would have considered selling privately

Never meet a more useless agent in my live knows nothing about the property they're trying to sell God help the owner then bombards you with texts/emails afterwards almost harassment
