Initially fine, evaluation and meeting at the property was OK ,but once I signed on the dotted line the communication stopped. Rude staff & management. Delayed our application unnecessarily due to atrocious communication. Shoddy experience when we needed a reference. Try offering a better customer experience for tenants. Improve communication between staff.
