Apologies that you have felt the need to leave a negative review about the service you have received. We don't do student rentals from this office in Heaton Moor however I have spoken with the Lettings Manager at the office who have been working with you regarding your sons rental and believe the issue to be regarding a deduction from your sons deposit.

I have read through your review and can only apologise that you feel the way you do about how the situation has unfolded.
When you made your application the landlord was happy to proceed and we were all set to progress your application and work towards a move in date. It was only when another application came in on the property that things changed.
