Utterly useless from point of offer accepted through to completion. Overall sale took weeks longer than necessary as they had no grip at all on solicitors etc. Calls never returned,emails ignored, requests forgotten. I would strongly advise steering completely clear of them. I made ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Estate agents have a legal responsibility to be honest to both the seller and the buyer. Deliberately misleading a buyer or seller is not only a terrible service but it's actually a criminal offence as it is trying to deceive to gain money. I wouldn't have even cared about the fact that the company is disgracefully poor at customer service if they had at least adhered to the already flimsy regulations but they couldn't even do that.
