The worst we have ever experienced after 10 different rented properties in the UK. They try to claim as much deposit as they can, and if you leave 2 weeks early, even with a new tenant arranged (so no financial loss to the landlord) they will charge you £360 in 'fees'. These are not displayed on your contract, or on their website (which we archived), leaving them in a legally questionable position. The day after agreeing to list my property with JLL Macaila phoned to confirm she had found ideal tenants with great guarantors who wanted to move in the day after my current tenant moved out and were prepared to pay the full asking price! Horrible experience. They try to keep as much money as they can from deposit. It takes them weeks to do their part of the paperwork but they demand you to do yours within 24 hours. They write in their contract they will tell you how much they will take from your deposit within 10 days but they actually take weeks. They are dishonest and twist everything to get away with whatever they want. Will never use them again....

Horrible from beginning to end. Property Manager does not respond to emails, impossible to have the repairs done and they will do whatever possible to keep the deposit after the tenancy ends - unbelievable excuses. Be careful with this agency, they are the worse ever. Overprice quotes sent to tenants to ask them to pay for what landlords should, always use the same contractors. One star ranking is much more than what deserve....

Totally ruined my experience with corporate estate agents. The people who work here have no compassion, no empathy or care for their tenants. JLL really need to work on how their staff treat their customers and their customers' issues. When they are getting money from you, they are great, as soon as you have paid, you will be ignored. No company is THAT busy that they cannot acknowledge tenants' emails. Its bad management, bad hiring principles and giving the company a terrible reputation. It really needs working on as I wish to remain in my current property yet I wouldn't stay due to the letting agents

Absolutely shocking. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. We were in a property managed by them for almost 2 years- we experienced a severe leak which ruined some of our belongings and furniture. It took them 3 days to get someone out to look at the leak ( just for quotes) and weeks to get it fixed. Was buying a property through JLL with an agreed sale only to be gazumped two weeks later. Agents are not allowed to show people an apartment once a sale has been agreed. JLL claim that the new buyer saw the property the morning that the sale was agreed (how convenient) and insisted on putting in a higher offer (two weeks later).. hmmm. I was a tenant of a property managed by Jones Lang LaSalle in Greenwich. I have left the property 2.5 months ago and for some reason can't get my deposit back. We have used the cleaning services as recommend by the agency (โ€š£280 for a 2 bed flat), agreed on some deduction but since 1.5 month ago,, `i can't get in touch either with *them to get my deposit back. This is the worst company I ever dealt with after foxtons, even at foxtons I have had better experience overall. They only take care of you before you sign the contract, as soon as you pay, you no longer exist. They do not reply to you email, have nothing useful to say over the phone, keep telling you to be patient and arguing with you just not to take any blame or responsibility. He ensured us all the details of the property, rent/parking etc. We moved in soon, and soon things started going wrong. -Communicate all facts at relevant time points e.g. INFORM your tenants that they cease to have any authority over the property once the check-out has been arranged even if the tenancy has not ended - why should we continue to pay rent then!?!?!?
