We cannot recommend John Martin Estates for any prospective tenants unfortunately. We're not quite sure how they got so many awards and accolades, but their services were quite poor, especially when it came to communication. I can't recommend this agency enough and will definitely be using them again - the best in Ealing! I let my property through John Martin Estates last year and they found me a lovely set of tenants in a short space of time with the very minimum of fuss for me.
