We had a viewing of a flat in Beeston. The Lady was there on time, very nice and polite. We liked the property so fìlled out the application form and sent the form off. The next day had contact from the branch regarging our details, paid £100 to take the property off the market. Viewed a flat and was told to get application in Monday they would process and send to landlord Tuesday and call Wednesday to confirm if I had the flat or not by Mary. No phone calls at all and a nightmare to get them to answer their phone. Finally Friday after calling Wednesday and Thursday I had to call them friday to be told that the landlord is now moving into the flat himself but they can rent me another flat that was a lot more expensive 10 miles away. Stay well clear of these agents who make their own rules up as they go along, I was offered a property but failed to mention 6 months upfront which I have no reason to put 6 months upfront down as I work full time, even though I could afford to put 6 months down, the service I received was just so shocked, I had to ring everyday for 4 weeks so could you imagine what kind of service I would of got if something needed fixing while I had already paid 6 months upfront just so they can earn abit on i...

At the end of the tenancy, Oliver has came up with false accusations just to rip the deposit off, i emailed him back and trying to shift off some of the accusations but unfortunately nothing changed. Flat 93 the habitst is the worst to live in, it is a very very cold flat in winter no matter how many hours you keep the heating on ( problems in insulation). At the end of tenancy even if all necessary procedures and completion document signed, they not released my deposits and generate fake expense bills to rip off me from my deposits. terrible replies on follow up communications. I would not recon them in future....

The service I have received from Jillings has, so far, been excellent. The property is of a high standard and, for the money I pay, excellent value. Naturally, there are occasionally problems, but these have been dealt with swiftly and professionally. My previous agency, Bradgate Property Services, are an absolute joke compared with Jillings - who are helpful, friendly and polite....

Tenant of the above letting agent for 18months. Heating system developed a problem in January 2013 which to this day has not been resolved. No competent engineers were sent presumable because it would cost more. This left us paying for heating we couldn\'t turn off meaning we had to turn the thermostat down every night and wake up freezing. The hot water valve also broke meaning all hot water in the tank was heated to about 80degrees which is not only a scalding risk but cost us a bomb! I feel ...
