What agent could do to change your mind?
Paid ‚£475 a month for a property with no heating and damp. Also I believe that I have been paying the communal heating.

What was failed to be mentioned in this review was the apartment did have heating but was not working and how Natalie was paid with a reduction from the rent for heaters she had purchased and was asked on more than one occasion did she want a heater fitted to the wall and told us she was happy with the portable heaters. I always went above and behond to make sure all tenants was happy including doing inspections after hours due to tenants working even though I was a single parent of three childr ...

The complete opposite to what they did do! Keeping their word, doing things they said they would, not lying not making up "policies" when they feel like it.
