What agent could do to change your mind?

If they had been speedy, efficient and honest, and accepted the full asking price offer when it was made, instead of still showing the property and showing it as still for sale instead of under offer. Told me of the other offers. Not told others what my offers were. Never known an agent take so long to accept or reject an offer of the asking price from a cash buyer. The property should have been listed as offers over if they wanted more than the asking price.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
