Been reasonable regarding the obvious deceit involved when proving the previous cleaning of the flat. Been truthful about what they actually felt during the checkout procedure rather than saying everything was fine then charging us.Attached Filesnbsp;

If you read the terms and conditions of this company (allAgents) you will see that they have no credibility whatsoever. It is clear that rival estate agents take advantage of allAgents' lack of contol over the factuality of entries. This 'review' carries no credibility whatsoever. A customer with a genuine grievance would not be afraid to post their own details. allAgents have repeatedly ignored our requests to investigate this post.
