I think the fees are reasonable. Everyone would prefer not to have fees at all but I shopped around and although jayman weren't the cheapest they aren't the most expensive either.

The whole process from viewing properties to signing the contract was dealt with in a friendly, professional and organised way and I felt very much in safe hands. Gemma is wonderful and she really can't do enough to help you and she has been there to answer any queries I've had every step of the way. Have used Jayman Lettings for 4 years.They strive to attract quality Tenants and to date have succeeded, usually within days of the property first appearing on Right Move. Have used the service within Lichfield and further afield distance has not been an issue. As a family run business they offer a personal service and are always on hand to offer advice and guidance on Maintenance issues and Future Investment ....

Jaymans are always pleasant and professional. They are easy to work with and provide feedback promptly following viewings. When conducting reading checks, they sometimes miss water meters and definitely ask them to remove Spark Energy from any contracts, as this company has caused issues for my tenants....

After arranging a viewing on Friday 19th August, she never turned up to the property and left me standing outside the property. I waited 45 minutes and I had no contact. Was told by the office that she was on her way and would call back to confirm. They never did! Appalling! Not helpful, friendly or enthusiastic about potential clients! I would not recommend these agents at all. Seem like they don't know what they are doing. Till this day, no one has called me....

Great service from Jayman Lichfield during my 2 year tenancy and especially when exiting the property as a tenant. They kept me informed of progress and expedited the check out process very efficiently. The release of my security deposit was done very quickly once the property exit checks were done. I would recommend Jayman whether a landlord or a tenant....

Efficient and friendly despite being a busy office. Reading some of the other reviews I am genuinely surprised I experienced the exact opposite. Jayman gave me good service as a tenant and dealt with minor repairs efficiently using good quality tradesmen. I was treated respectfully and professionally by Jayman and their associates.

I have used Jayman to let my property twice. On both occasions I have found them (James Greaves in particular) to be knowledgable about the local lettings market and they have found very suitable long-term tenants for my property. I left 2 messages for James greaves over 2 days! Eventually he asked a colleague to return my call as he was busy! When I did finally get to speak he had a very arrogant attitude and told me he had been in meetings with "big" landlords. As explained explained, you were not calling the correct office number hence you were unable to get hold of me. this branch of jayman seems to be completely incompetent , i have had several issues with them re work carried out on my property, after speaking to the tradesmen themselves it seems that they are never given enough detail to ever carry out work to the expected standard and constantly told to keep prices insanely cheap so they can add there steep commission before you get the bill....

I was looking a flat to let in Cannock/Heath Hayes area. I did pay 300 quids for an administrations fee and take off the market. My application was agreed, so I was completely shocked when just seven days before my moving in date due, I was refused without any reasons given. I was really surprised, because the property came back on the market immediately. After a few weeks "battle" to get my money back finally I got a refund. I don\'t recommend the agent....

I was looking to buy a house in the Lichfield area. I went into the office to ask for details. I was totally shocked by the serious lack of customer service. The young boy sounded so not bothered and other staff who were also working there were loud and rude. When I asked for more pricise info he didn't seem to have a clue. This agent is poor and after visiting other agents in the city you can clearly see why this is not a popular estate agent. Do not use!! There are so much more proper agents...

Lichfield office - customer service beyond poor. Promised on market 3 days took 14 days, couldn\'t communicate between themselves, kept getting told different things. and it was pure luck that property sold as buyers were infuriated with them aswell they requested viewing it took 3 weeks for Jayman to process and then they only got it when the chased it up. Truly poor customer service. We were looking to buy a house in Lichfield and went round majority of agents. Jayman seemed to have very little knowledge or concept of estate agency and the whole office seemed unproffesional and totally dissatisfied in there work. I would stay clear and use a more proper estate agent. ...
