Talk about being messed around. I viewed a flat for rent and although there were issues re cleanliness and state of repair, I expressed a strong interest. The agent was to speak with the landlord re remedying the issues and come back to me. He didn't. When I call him thereafter re other lettings, he made excuses that they either weren't available or tenants were proving difficult re viewings and I wouldn't be able see any. This seemed personal against me and I took it as a personal sleight. ...

Avoid at all costs. "No doubt a pleasure to deal with if" you are a landlord but if you are a tenant you are a mere nuisance from which money must be extracted for just providing photocopied bits of paper. They are complete incompetents, unable to even provide tenants with the correct phone number for a landlord, if you ask them a question they will call you stupid. Just a quick peek from the street will show you their \'happy\' sour faces. Use somebody else....
