Comment on agent fees
Very reasonable, far lower than more famous agenicies, (Townends, Dexters). They actually voided the admin fees to me, which is something that no other agency has offerred me before.

I personally think this estate agency is a joke, would never sell or buy a property through then. They have agreeseive sales department with one person in particular, who is a bully and does not listen to me who is the client. Please stay away from this agency.
