Rhona, I completely reiterate your comment "do not use". I too am a landlord and I have received substandard service. Consistent errors in figures and amounts paid, they are more interested in securing a tenancy as opposed to working for the landlord who in fact pay the fees, and the whereabouts of my keys are currnetly unknown. There is no apology when mistakes are identified and I find them extremely rude. ...
