Dear Prasad Apologies if you feel your overall experience with James Griffin Lettings is pathetic, you called the office asking if the landlord or ourselves would pay your electricity bill because you felt it was too high. We have responded always efficiently to any maintenance requests you have reported however it is the responsibility of the tenant to pay the rent and utility bills at the property. What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent could simply have listened to our requests to get things fixed, and then arranged for them to get fixed. That would've been nice. But it was too much to ask.
