Indigo residental are rubbish, I want to remain anonymous, but all I will say is, they never even came out and valued my house, from when I walked in the Estate agents, I spoke to them about putting my house on the market and 1 of their agents valued it, there and then
Without even Coming around to see it. Well under the £10.000 it should have gone for.
They were all for the buyer and not on my part the seller, they just wanted a quick sale to get their commission.
