Terrible. Agent sent a workman to fix floorboard and he burst water pipes. Came back 6 days later to fix and made it worse. We had no electricity not even emergency lights it was very hard to navigate from my room to the kitchen. The council ...

This company blatantly are breaking the law by asking tenants to stump up 6 MONTHS rent upfront when legally can only by law charge up to 5 WEEKS!! And this was on a HOUSE SHARE costing £70pw, clearly avoid this company at all costs...

Dear Lee, should you not pass affordability a guarantor will be requested should one not be available to you then we can by law we can request rent in advance, the deposit is where you can not be charged more than 5 weeks. Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the ultimate decision on whom is allowed to take the property lies with the landlord, we are an intermediary acting on their behalf. A number of circumstances can occur, such as removal of the property, a landlord requesting a certain tenant or profile, or tenants changing their mind which can result in the property becoming unavailable to any individual.
