Do not use Imagine estate agents to sell your property, they will waste your time and find you no buyers. We wasted money on solicitors and fees only to find out in 3 weeks nothing had progressed on the sale. We lost the property we were buying, and even suspect that the our agent gazumped us by putting in higher offer. Use a national agent not this small and unprofessional local cowboy firm. Watch out, you have been warned....

Don't sign up for 1% fee. Ask for 1% fee INCLUDING the VAT or else you are paying them a rate of 1.5%!

From the point of view of the tenant, they are not helping at all. They don't manage to negotiate any better deals, they are even incapable of convincing the landlord that a bathtub should have a shower head in the 21st century. Once they get the retention money, they can't organise viewings and they provide no service. They charge huge fees for this lack of service. Not to say the other agencies normally act differently, but next time I will look for a private landlord....

I don't understand why the tenant has to pay to be referenced, get the inventory done or ensure the deposit. All these things should be responsibility of the landlord. I can accept cleaning fees as at least the tenant will benefit from it but they should be optional as they could opt for cleaning themselves. This is common practice, but outrageous anyway.

I wasn't happy with this estate agency . I rented my apartment through them and although they had agreed the fees prior , they increased the fees after they found the tenant ! All their other fees are also higher than other high street agents . Be careful . I'd never reuse them again . Highly unprofessional . Buyer beware !...

I recently used imagine to find a property to rent and this is a company that I will Never use again. They do not know what's going on in the property as there was so many issues with the property. What makes it worse is that they are exclusive to the property. When there are issues they don't phone you back as they don't care. That is poor customer service. Very Poor Customer service!!! would not use these agents again!! They will keep you imagining! bascially. No replys to phone calls! lies about the vendor. kept us waiting and waiting until we had to pull out. Wasted our money on fees with solicitor and survey! Would not recommend them to anyone! and would never use them again!...

Took over three weeks to book a viewing for a flat to buy. Was fobbed off repeatedly when requesting more internal pictures and a floor plan. During the first week, the estate agent called me claiming there was a last minute opportunity to view the flat and asked me to call straight away. When I called back 15 minutes later, he had already left the office and I found out ten other people were viewing the property that evening. I paid for the references and all went successful. After that I was put through to someone called Katrina Fernandes who doesn\'t have any customer service skills and doesn\'t have an idea what she is talking about. She thinks every customer is a stupid man and doesn\'t have a clue what he/she is saying. Should ahve taken things positively and should have mentioned everything clearly. Half of the staff doesn\'t have a clue what they are saying.

I contacted this agent on two occasions. On the first occasion I was dealt with by Bradley who had been let loose on the general public having joined 4 days ago. Sad to say he has no customer service skills and he knew nothing about the property I was enquiring after and took a message for his manager. I think my review outlnes why I have no confidence. I appreciate Bradley is new but he needs to be closely mentored before he has direct access to the public. Also the team need to understand they are customer facing and the phone is king in their world as a potential customer will be at the other end so they need to think before they speak and utilise their customer service skills.
