I have listened to the call and it was you that was rude. You did not tell Kevin if you were calling regarding sales or Lettings which confused the matter and would not give details of which one you were interested in. You were also rude when you called me before hand and again did not make clear if you were calling for Lettings or sales. You put the phone down on Kevin not the other way round. This is complete fabrication. We have evidence to confirm from the start of negotiations that the rent was £500 a week. When Nathanael Cohen was due to pay he tried to reduce the rent. We have past this information to All Agents and our legal team. I would advise all agents to stay away from this guy. Very abusive text messages when he didn’t get what he wanted ...

To confirm the landlord decided to take back the flat at no fault of the agency. We called you in the morning and immediately refunded your holding fee. We also offered to help you find another apartment for you but you were more interested in telling me that you were going to write negative comments about our agency.
