I used ian tickles to rent my last house and to say they are a shambles is an undertstatement. Mrs tickles attitude is a disgrace she is a fultime busy body. What agent could do to change your mind?
Returned calls, returned emails, spoken to us in a professional customer friendly manner. Taken happy pills particularly the lady owner.

The tickles were ok when taking astronomical admin fee off us but now we have moved out have been reluctant to help us get our security deposit back. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
