I am unclear as to which property you are specifically referring to so will have to address it in more general terms. A Vendor can choose to accept any offer they wish at any point, whether it has been advertised as 'best offers' or not. In this particular instance we are dealing with Solicitors and getting a decision from them is taking some time. We have made it clear that we have yourselves and numerous other parties waiting to hear back with their decision and will obviously let you know as soon as we can. The current market is incredibly competitive from a Purchasers point of view making it increasingly difficult to secure a property. As an agent we have a legal obligation to put forward any offers that are made on a property and it is the Vendors decision as to how they proceed, not ours.
