They advised a property with first months rent free, after paying admin fee they said the month rent free shouldn't have been on the advert although it still there.They told me they would contact me and didn't and didn't seem to have a clue ...

Comment on agent fees
Fees were ‚£200 although when emaled for a break down they ignored the email. These fees are extortionate for a few pieces of paper and a few phone calls and something needs to be done about it. It costs a bank ‚£2.50 at the most for admin fees so where do estate agents get this figure from?

Moved about 10 times in my life time and these are definitely the worst I have come across they would say anything to get a extra few quid of you nothing but bullies and liers threatend to kick me out in 7 days because I wrote a review similar to this. Had me in tears and a emotional mess and made my mental health that bad I hit rock bottom n had to leave the house I would never ever recommend these to anyone. Be aware of these avoid them. Changed there name from I am sales and lettings to Perk ...
