Hi we are having the same foul attitude from HES (Sutton branch) just one lady in particular, I'm wondering if it is the same women they may have transferred over, I've never been spoken to so rudely, almost as if she's doing you the favour renting out properties too you and that you should grovel and thank her like a queen ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Where the property is fully managed listen and negotiate with the landlord on behalf of the tenant (this did not happen and was very frustrating). Abolish 'administration fees' - you are already making a fortune from the management fees paid to you by the landlords. Actually do a good job of 'managing' the property.
