Hi KW... I was just stopping by to leave a review on the most unprofessional arrogant letting agents I have ever has the misfortune of dealing with. Im actually stunned that they responding on a review website that can be seen by potential landlords and tenants by saying 'This is the sort of nonsense we have to deal with'. I also agree 100% with all of the above and as this issue was first raised in 2009 it appears they have done nothing to rectify their appalling customer service. Oh well as long as they are ripping people off and treating them like dirt off they will be happy. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
