Why have I given them 5 stars? I never give 5 stars but I can not fault them. First of all I was informed all through the sale of the property, and given upto date advice along the way. I also went on holiday during the sale, long haul to Mexico. This was not a problem for them. Even when we had a slight problem with our property and on holiday you dont need this. Hudson Moody were absolutely AMAZING! I have had problems with pretty much all of my past Landlords/Estate Agencies, but Hudson Moody were genuinely incredible. We left the flat that we rented for 2 years two weeks ago, and, throughout our stay there, they were terrific. These guys simply do not know what they are doing. I was supposed to move in on the 1st. It\'s now the 9th and the flat has still not been cleaned. It was left a state by the previous tenants. Hudson Moody Wass promise a lot but deliver nothing. I know that rental agents are the worst people in the in the industry but these guys are the worst of the worst. Slick website but do not be fooled. These guys are incompetent....

I have used these agents twice, once over 5 years ago and the second time was just recently. The staff here are very good at making you feel valued in the first few weeks. We sold our house before the first month and the staff were terrible in negotiations from that time onwards. Our sale was lost within three weeks with no real sense of why. The worst service I\'ve ever had. Really. I wasn\'t expecting a red carpet but their attitude was genuinely baffling.The staff were uncommunicative, disingenuous and seemed to be terrified of their superiors. have a terrible terrible time with them.first of all they are on the constant look out to deduct fees -this repair ,that repair without having the normal ,first formality of even informing the land lord .it is the fifth time that they have charged me for repairs i was never informed of in the first place.i cant believe that such dishonesty exists in this age with all such legal requirements especially when they sign the tenancy agreement to say ,the land lord will be informed of every such actio...

So disappointing. My partner and I used Hudson Moody a few years ago to sell our last house and they were excellent. This time they were terrible. Staff were disinterested and just seemed tired of working there! We had to do all the chasing with the sale. Details were poor, floor plans amateurish and photos average. This must be a joke as a selling agent. Went to their office to be met by complete indifference and silence. Their printed material is a disgrace - the floor plans are illegible. A subsequent phone call was answered with 'hello' no other identification. I could have been calling a reidential number for all I knew. If you are a potential seller I suggest you avoid - you will lose potential buyers with this agent for sure....

This company is a disgrace. They are pompous and arrogant. We were renting a property that they were managing. We had a clear agreement with the landlord that no-one should enter the property without his or our presence which had been communicated to HudsonMoody. Despite this we discovered that HudsonMoody had provided an electrician with the keys to the house and was given unescorted access to the property. Hi KW... I was just stopping by to leave a review on the most unprofessional arrogant letting agents I have ever has the misfortune of dealing with. Im actually stunned that they responding on a review website that can be seen by potential landlords and tenants by saying 'This is the sort of nonsense we have to deal with'. I had an offer accepted on a property with Hudson Moody which subsequently fell through. The moment problems were raised in the survey, Hudson Moody's approach was to try and pressure me by saying "there are other buyers ready and willing". The original advert for the property was misleading which led to us wasting a huge amount of time and money on searches and two surveys. Hudson Moody never apologised for any of this. Very poor service. I felt I was always fighting with their staff, who despite the fact I was paying them, to get even basic things sort. Nonexistent handover between staff members when they left and the Director was no better either when I raised queries. I feel let down and ripped off. Avoid....

I also agree 100% with all of the above and as this issue was first raised in 2009 it appears they have done nothing to rectify their appalling customer service. Oh well as long as they are ripping people off and treating them like dirt off they will be happy.....
