Having the same problem with them. Paid all the fees and got the “awaiting references” speal and so couldn’t move in without them recieving them. The problem was they hadn’t contacted any of the referees for the information. Therefore keep the fees etc. And put property back on the market despite holding fees payment. Seeking legal advice. They drag their heels them blame you. Disgusting, unscrupulous behaviour from day one. ...
