This agent is NOT professional and have no experience to deal with normal letting problems. Some of their staff just like joke, who is Talking nonsense when tenants need their help. Very unhelpful for students- did not contact to tell me my house wouldn't even be BUILT in time for moving in, do not help with queries and issues in the property, also bring viewings in without notice (required to give 24 hours notice as the contract states)- their representative even tried ...
