H there Oliver At last a post you have put up and not slandered my name! I must take my time to thank you for this. I will also say that in my opinion it was the highrer management within the company who are completely to blame for all misconduct that has taken place within "Homes in London". It certainly was for the short time I worked there. All I can do is apologise for the poor service you have received in the past, and promise to new tenants we now pride ourselves on the service we provide, emails are responded to within the hour and there is always someone available to take calls during office hours. Outside office hours we have a 24 hour hour emergency line for any faults or problems.
