I find it interesting that you made that comment even before you registered with us for a viewing that took place on October 13th which I conducted myself. You had no complaints then and you had plenty of time to appreciate the property. The lady that you mention in the office is Kelly and I do apologise if she has been rude to you and I will investigate but you never mentioned anything to my face when we met... ...
