Hi Miss K, I see you have now done two bad reviews which is strange to say the least. I could drag up the fact we had to start legal proceedings against you to make you pay our fee, which you did as you knew you would lose. Firstly let me state clearly for the record that any claim against any damage deposit does not go to the Managing Agent(HOLDENS PROPERTY), but instead to the owner/landlord. To suggest we would benefit from any damage deposit claim financially is false and without merit.
