My advice when you make an offer that is accepted is to confirm that it’s taken off the market which you then swiftly follow up with a survey to expedite the process. If you don’t do that the seller will keep it on the market - Also noting that the agent acts on the sellers instructions. ...

I apologise that you were unhappy with the service received; I was the member of staff who got locked into the property, and had to call my manager to come and rescue me.
