Horrible, horrible agency. Only eager to do anything when they want more payment. We had damp problems and a hole in the roof that was leaking, and they said that we could survive the winter with that! And to add insult to the injury - ...

Oh my goodness... I wonder if we lived in the same flat as our situation was identical! Same with misspelled e-mail addresses and horrible service. Never again! ...
