Relate to those they deal with as human beings with compassion and as if they were their mother, son or daughter - would they want their nearest and dearest to be dealt with in the same way? What goes around comes around after all.

they should provide a finished property where you can actually live in, not in a shelter fixed by cheap, dubious and amateur contractors whose only aim is to finish quickly using the cheapest materials around. totally painful!

Our block was managed by Freshwater from the 1960s onwards. The block was left in an awful state of disrepair until around 2001 (just after I bought my flat) and they started to do remedial works for which they overspecified, overcharged, wangled contracts with their usual ...

I totally agree with all the comments on here. For years leaseholders at Burnham Court, Brent Street, Hendon were ripped off by Freshwater and got zero maintenance in return. As a result, someone fell through our fire escape stairs and was quite seriously injured. Freshwater then tried to charge us an extortionate amount for new fire escapes for teh whole block despite having pocketed our money without maintaining them in the first place. We also had problems with our block boiler breaking d ...

The case in question was sort of resolved today, but Ditchwater know EVERY trick there is to play. They admitted liability to damage caused knowing my friend was in receipt of Legal Aid and therefore would have to accept their offer to wipe the monies they claim he owed them. Yet if he does accept , then as it didn't reach a courtroom, HE would be liable to pay his le gal Aid - £25,000 whilst they walk away smiling. If he doesn't accept, his legal Aid is stopped as he has been offered a reason ...

By the way, the Estate agency who sold us Freshwater flat on Lady Margaret Road was Emeraldproperty services, and the agents involved were Riza Sinelnikov, Mohammed Rizwan and Svetlana Sinelnikova. We did read about them in the past but when we found that they are the same estate agency and we mentioned infront of them, they said that NO we are not the same company, there is another estate agency with a similar name. We were idiots to trust their words. ...
