My complaint is that Henleys Estate Agents use false advertising in order to get customers through people's doors. They currently clearly have 24 Chedworth Place up as a 5 bedroom house when it is a 4 bedroom house. The mezzanine has no windows of its own for starters ...

Moved in to a what was advertised as newly refurbished and I’ve been experiencing problems since I moved in. No hot water for a month, carbon monoxide poisoning, no heating, walls cracking. Sick of sending emails and receiving emails and no response from agent.
